In the event my drone is irreparable, what happens?
A: If the drone is unrepairable, it will be replaced and the extended service plan is fulfilled. You have the option to purchase a new service plan on your new drone.
How do I file a claim online?
A: You can call us 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to file a claim. You may also easily file a claim online. You will receive a user ID/password that will allow you to view your order, update your information, and initiate a claim.
Who will perform the service if repairs are needed?
A: We have a comprehensive service network and use only authorized technicians who are trained to repair all types and brands of drones.
What if I didn't receive my email confirmation for my service plan?
A: Please check your spam/junk folder. If you still did not receive it please reset your password by inserting the email address you provided at the time of sale or call us toll free at 844.868.5812.
What is covered under the extended service plan?
A: Mechanical and electrical failures are covered under the service plan. Accidental Damage from Handling is also available, if purchased and includes one collision event. The extended service plan covers the parts and labor needed to repair your drone.
Are there any deductibles?
A: Yes, a deductible is payable to the service provider for each service event. Please see plan terms and conditions for more information.
Can I transfer the service plan to a new owner?
A: No. The service plan is non-transferrable.
